Mr. Arena is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Vision Equities. He oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations and finances. The departments of Asset Management, Property Management and Investor Relations report to Mr. Arena. Furthermore, he develops investment strategies and business plans for all of the company’s assets and investments, in addition to seeking new partnership and business opportunities.

Immediately prior to founding Vision, Fred spent nine years of his career as one of the original senior members of the Goldman Sachs Whitehall Operating Company that owned and operated over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Northeast. Before joining Goldman, he worked 15 years as Senior Vice President of Asset and Property Management for two of the most prestigious private development companies in the Northeast. Fred was also instrumental in the disposition of a 27 million square foot portfolio which traded for $3.4 billion.

Fred graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University where he majored in Business Management and Administration. He also attended the NYU School of Real Estate. He is a member of NAIOP and has been on the executive board of directors for BOMA NJ.
