Mr. Mazzei is Vision Equities’ Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of Vision Equities real estate portfolio, debt placements, managing loans and lender relationships, contract administration and construction oversight. Larry is also responsible for coordinating the finances and operations of Vision Equities as well as ensuring the credit quality of our tenants.

Prior to joining Vision Equities, Larry was Vice President and Team Leader of the Central Region for Commerce Bank’s commercial real estate lending group. Previously Larry was a Senior Director with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler where he was responsible for originating debt and equity for major commercial real estate projects throughout the Tri-State region. Larry was also Vice President of Marketing and Finance for a major regional developer and operator of Class A Office properties, and Vice President with major financial institutions on the East and West coasts where he was a both a top producer and successful in working out troubled properties and assets.

Over his 20 year career, Larry has been responsible for originating or managing nearly $1 billion in debt and equity on all types of real estate including office, industrial, retail, multi-family for-sale and rental properties as well as residential tracts.

Mr. Mazzei graduated with Honors from Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and attended the University of California/San Diego Graduate Studies Program for a Certificate in Real Estate. Larry is a member of NAIOP having served as Co-Chair of the Program Committee.
