Ms. Sole is Vision Equities’ Vice President of Asset Management. She is responsible for overseeing property operations, leasing, budgeting, and investor relations. Amy also tracks the value enhancement of each asset and related portfolio as a whole, while focusing on the development and implementation of repositioning and/or stabilization strategies.

Previously to joining Vision Equities, Amy spent over 12 years with Emmes Asset Management Company LLC, a New York City-based, private real estate investment, management and redevelopment firm. As a Vice President, Amy concentrated on acquisitions across the country and asset management of several portfolios, consisting of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets in the Northeast.

Ms. Sole holds a Bachelor of Science from Philadelphia University and a Master of Science from New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
